They have work locations throughout the valley. Most officers start at $9.00 an hour and experience is not required. It is very reasonable pay for the work that you do. They have promotional opportunities and additional training. They have reasonable health care benefits. They are the best security officer agency to work for in the phoenix metro area. They have a lot of open positions right now. If you are hired by Anderson Security agency and after 90 days of employment I will give you half of the referral fee that I receive. So you will receive $200 after 90 days of employment through a check through the mail from me personally. All you have to do is tell them that I referred you on your application and during the referral process. I am aware that what I type here is a legally binding contract so you can be assured that I will pay you your half of the referral fee. The fee they pay to me is $500 minus tax. You will not get this $200 after 90 days of employment without using me as the person who referred you to the company. This is not an offer from Anderson Security Agency this is an offer through me personally. I have worked for them for three years and I am very satisfied with this company. If you do not meet the terms and conditions of employment I will not receive the fee and you will not receive the $200 Anderson also pays $100 bonus (minus tax) to you every six months of employment. You will receive $250 from them every six months if you complete the optional, non-paid, 72 hour training.
